    ​Evergreen Canine LLC reserves the right to take pictures,  video and record puppy in training, to be used for any media and YouTube (public). If available, videos can be viewed as puppy progresses through training.

    Though Evergreen Canine LLC strives to provide a safe and clean environment for the puppy in training, accidents & illness can happen at anytime and Evergreen Canine LLC shall be held blameless. Breeder or Owner of the puppy promises that the puppy has come from a clean and healthy environment and has had his/her veterinary health check verifying that the puppy is currently healthy and does not have any known disease or issues. Owner is responsible to make sure that puppy's vaccines and dewormings are up to date according to his/her age before admitting puppy into this program. If puppy arrives and develops any loose stools that cannot be quickly explained, Evergreen Canine LLC may charge $40/ in house test to determine the cause of the loose stool. This is required to lessen the risks of potential contamination. If the cause of loose stool requires medication or cannot be identified by our tests, the owner will be responsible for any and all vet bills incurred and for any further testing & medication needed to resolve the loose stool.  Should the dog suffer from any accident or illness of any kind that requires veterinary care, the owner understands that the owner of the dog is 100% responsible for any and all vet charges. Evergreen Canine LLC will communicate with the owner in regards to which vet will be used for the care needed.  Evergreen Canine LLC strongly suggests owner purchase health insurance for their dog prior to admitting them into this program to lessen potential costs that are unknown should accident or illness occur. 
    Evergreen Canine LLC will keep in touch with the owner with updates as needed and as the puppy progresses through training. Evergreen Canine LLC encourages training to continue after the puppy completes the course, but cannot guarantee any training or behavior after the puppy goes to his/her home. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure training continues to have a life-long well trained dog.  Evergreen Canine LLC will be happy to answer questions and send tips for training after the puppy returns home, as needed. 

    Evergreen Canine LLC can provide the necessary inoculations, administer microchip and/or dewormings while puppy is between the age of 8 weeks old and 16 weeks old with written permission from puppy owner. 

    Evergreen Canine LLC is a hobby breeding and training home business, not a licensed veterinarian. Permission from puppy owner is required if any kind of inoculations, microchip or wormings are  requested by puppy owner. 

    Evergreen Canine LLC strives to keep a safe and sanitary environment and follows strict protocols to clean and sanitize all dogs areas daily. Puppy owner agrees that Evergreen Canine LLC shall be held blameless if any type of adverse reaction occurs from administration of any inoculation or microchip insertion. In the event that an adverse reaction occurs, Evergreen Canine LLC will contact a licensed veterinarian and the puppy owner and any veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
    The owner will be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the training fees upon drop off of dog and then paid weekly until the dog goes home. 
    This is considered a legal binding document. If at any point legal action is needed, all claims and or court filings will be held in the state of Utah. Evergreen Canine LLC reserves the right to refuse to provide services to any customer if deemed appropriate.
